What You Need

Tbsp. PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

RITZ Crackers

Tbsp. JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

Make It

SPREAD 1 tsp. of the peanut butter onto each of 6 of the crackers.

TOP each with 1 tsp. of the marshmallow creme.

COVER with remaining crackers to make six sandwiches.

I am 48 years old and have been making this with my mother since I was a child. It is a little easier if you use mini marshmallows and put about three on top of the peanut butter side and place them under the broiler for a few seconds. Marshmallow cream gets messy and it has the exact same taste using mini marshmallows.

I needed a quick snack for the kids and this recipe is super easy, a little messy (but the kids like licking their fingers) and very good.
