was looking for a different spin on meatloaf. Came across this with steak sauce, yum. I made mainly as instructed, but love the veggies so added a little bit more chopped onion and green pepper. I also added about a cup of sharp cheddar cheese in the mix. Turned it marvelous. Will definitely make again.
Better yet, use barbeque sauce and you will really like it.
