Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is a KEEPER. This recipe is a KEEPER. It was delicious and made for a quick meal. I had garlic bread and tossed salad to go with it. My son asked me to make this again and he's a picky eater. I used an entire carton 36 ounce size of chicken broth, more than the recipe called for and then just added a bit more macaroni to compensate, but it really didn't need it to it and a touch more of my favorite Kraft Viva Italian dressing to it. It was both hearty, filling, and flavorful. I'll definitely would serve this to family and friends when I have them over for an Italian meal as a first or second course to follow up with Lasagna. It's a great, quick, and easy soup. I loved it!

Some of us on this site have health problems ie High blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. When you take all of the bad stuff out of a recipe, YOU NEED FLAVOR! Thank you Kraft for these recipes that give us back some flavor. If anyone doesn't like it, let them make the real stuff, and take all day to do so!

This recipe exemplifies one of Kraft's biggest problems - the cooks who write these recipes seem to think salad dressing is a seasoning. This tasted like vegetables and beans in chicken broth, not like minestrone. I would never make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LovedIt! LovedIt!!!!!!!!! The family loves it too!!! It turned out great! I added about 3/4 of a cup of macaroni instead of 1/2 so I had to add an extra can of chicken broth and petite diced tomato! It is great and sooooooo EASY!!
