Rated 5 out of 5 by from We made this dish for Christmas dinner and it was such a hit! We made this dish for Christmas dinner and it was such a hit!! I was a little worried about combining sweet & regular potatoes, but when you add the sour cream & cream cheese to the sweet potatoes, it makes the yummiest combo! Everyone asked for the recipe before they left. It took a little while to make, but it was worth the effort!! This is one of those dishes you can combine the night before and pop in the oven the next day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Found this recipe about 4 yrs ago searching the internet. Found this recipe about 4 yrs ago searching the internet. All I can say is that last year I didn't make it because I tried something different and to my surprise I had very disappointed guests. That's how scrumptious this dish is. I share this with everyone I can.

My children who wouldn't even think about eating sweet potatoes just couldn't get enough of this layered yummy. I am thrilled to have accidently found this through internet search. Thank you to the Kraft website, we have a new family tradition to pass along to future generations. We love it and think that if you found this recipe, you too should try it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I first made this recipe for Thanksgiving 2004. I first made this recipe for Thanksgiving 2004. My sister and mother absolutely loved it. (My sister took the leftovers home with her and ate it all without giving my mom some!) Now whenever a holiday comes around, my sister demands I make this! Super easy to make and to adjust to your liking (I leave out the Parmesan Cheese).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wouldn't make it again just for my family but it is a great dish for a potluck situation. I wouldn't make it again just for my family but it is a great dish for a potluck situation. It was easy to assemble and the flavors were pretty good. I prefer my sweet potatos to be more sweet than savory but overall the dish was exactly what it looked like what it was going to be...a nice recipe worth making again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was delicious...but HEAVY! This was delicious...but HEAVY!! Wow! I did 1 1/2 times the recipe to layer in a 9x13 glass baking dish - I did end up using milk in the white potatoes - and 2 whole containers of the chive/onion cream cheese for the entire recipe - I think I got confused on the cheeses and put the parmesan in both and the cheddar on top...this was a great alternative to 2 separate potato dishes! Everyone LOVED it! I will make this again!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This came out somewhat dry and tasteless, considering the effort involved. This came out somewhat dry and tasteless, considering the effort involved. I fixed it for Christmas dinner and most of my guests' comments used the word "interesting"... which is the kiss of death for recipes. I won't make this again.

I was a little nervous to try a new recipe and I was cooking for a lot of people but everyone really liked it, one girl even told me that she wanted a copy of the recipe. Next time I might add crumbled bacon just to try.
