What You Need

Tbsp. ground MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee

cups cold water

Make It

PLACE coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew.

COOL completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVE over ice.

Cinnamon Iced Coffee

Prepare as directed, sprinkling 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon over coffee grounds before brewing.

Substitute

Prepare using YUBAN 100% Columbian Coffee. Or for a special treat, prepare with MAXWELL HOUSE Vanilla or Hazelnut Flavored Coffee.

Special Extra

Chill coffee drinks without diluting the flavor with coffee ice cubes. To prepare, pour additional cooled brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee (any variety) into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid. Add to your favorite coffee drink just before serving.

I haven't actually followed this recipe but have been making it for a couple of years. Also freeze leftover coffee. Great with flavored creams and skim milk. If I don't have leftover coffee I use instant dissolved in a little hot water, can make as strong or weak as you like.

I make the iced coffees all the time & add my favorite coffee flavor syrup to it. It is really good if you like iced coffee. I aso have been passing it along to all my friends & family that like ice coffee

I have not made this recipe yet but Darleen2005 who sent her reply in 2005 has a great point. Freezing the coffee in an ice cube tray and using that instead of regular ice cubes will keep and not dilute the coffee flavor. The addition of a little chocolate syrup mentioned by another respondant is also an excellent idea and also adds some flavor.

This recipe is good and easy to make.It tastes like the one's I buy at restuarants.It's good on hot days when you feel like drinking coffee cold instead of hot.

What's better is to freeze coffee in ice cube trays and put them in the blender with some milk, sugar and chocolate syrup. It's much, much better.

I don't care for coffee quite as strong, but with my usual brew I do as Leeria has done, only ommiting the sugar and using whatever flavoured creamer I have on hand. I love it. Thank you.

I keep my left over morning coffee in the fridge , than when I'm ready for a glass I add ice cubes, coffee ,a little sugar and my favorite flavored creamer This makes for a refreshing, relaxing drink after work.
