Ehh. I sliced the potatoes as thin as I could, came out perfectly cooked. I did have to dump all the grease out half way through and at the end too. But at the end of the day it was just meat on sliced potatoes. It was awesome in tortillas the next day though!
I use kraft recipes for everything I cook. This just won't get cooked again.
I used crackers and worshire sauce because that is what I had available. It turned out great. I don't think there are enough potatoes though, but if you put too many they won't cook all the way through. I am concidering microwaving the potatoes for a little bit first so they will be partially cooked, then I can add more.
