Mix 2 lb. extra-lean ground beef, 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup water and 2 eggs just until blended. Shape into 48 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs. Place on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 400°F oven 12 min. or until done (160°F).
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

I also used frozen meatballs, but it needs to be cooked longer unless meatballs are thawed.
It made up very quick. My daughter asked to take some home. Two meatballs with the salad was a full dinner. That was a surprise to me.
It was quick and easy. I bought frozen meatballs and added onions, mushrooms and black olives. The kids ate it too without complaining which is always good sign.
