  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Prepare Easy Basic Meatballs as directed, except use 1 lb. each extra-lean ground beef and ground pork, shape the meat mixture into 24 (2-inch) meatballs, and increase the baking time to 15 min. or until meatballs are done (160ºF).
  • Unroll 1 pizza crust; press lightly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; spread with half the pizza sauce. Top with meatballs, arranging in 4 rows of 6 meatballs each. Cover with remaining sauce; top with peppers, shredded cheese and Parmesan.
  • Unroll remaining pizza dough; place over pizza. Pierce with large fork at 2-1/2-inch intervals to allow steam to escape.
  • Bake 20 min. or until golden brown.

Easy Basic Meatballs

Mix 2 lb. extra-lean ground beef, 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup water and 2 eggs just until blended. Shape into 48 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs. Place on 2 rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 400°F oven 12 min. or until done (160°F).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I seasoned it up by added Italian season to the pizza sauce. I seasoned it up by added Italian season to the pizza sauce. You can use any pizza sauce that you like and then I sprinkled the top crust with garlic salt. It was very good but I would cut the meatballs into 1/4th's next time. We like smaller chunks of meat. Will definitely make again and was super easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sooo easy and very good ! I also used thawed frozen meatballs that I cut in half. Also added a few jalapenos that gave it a little kick and added a little more sauce and the family loved it. Served with a small side salad. Very filling and heated up well for lunch the next day.

Along side a lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad it was a hit. We even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. I shared this one with my grown daughters and I know my grandkids will love it.

I noticed in the video that you put 2 eggs in the mixture for the meatballs but you neglected to list them in the ingredients. No one checked this recipe. I could make a pizza with one crust but you are requiring 2 in this recipe. Enough carbs already!!!
