Rated 4 out of 5 by from These were not too shabby! These were not too shabby! The main item I would change next time is I would not add the 1 cup of water; my sauce came out quite runny. I used generic brand frozen Italian-style meatballs, a canned Garlic & Herb spaghetti sauce, and the only things I added were a few dashes of salt n pepper and a pinch of sugar. I recommend not using a large sub bun unless you are using large meatballs - mine were a bit too small, so I cut the buns in half and then it was just fine. I didn't care for the mozzarella too much, but it wasn't bad. I did add crushed red pepper for a little punch from a suggestion & that made it really good. Overall, it was so easy to make and tasted great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was out of ideas for dinner tonight and had everything in the pantry and freezer. I was out of ideas for dinner tonight and had everything in the pantry and freezer. I added some chopped onion and red bell peppers along with some dry basil and oregano, as well as omitting some of the water so it was thicker. Delicious!
