A cheesy breadcrumb mixture and finely chopped onions transform a burger made with lean ground beef into this tasty Meatloaf Burger.

What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Classic Four Cheese Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
1/4
cup  finely chopped onions
1/2
cup  ketchup, divided
6
 onion sandwich rolls

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX meat, cheese mixture, onions and 1/4 cup ketchup just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).

SERVE in rolls, topped with remaining ketchup.

Variation
Omit rolls. Serve grilled burgers with hot mashed potatoes and gravy.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
