Meatloaf Florentine with Tomato-Basil Sauce

PHILADELPHIA Tomato & Basil Cooking Crème makes this Florentine-style meatloaf as easy to make as it is delicious.

What You Need

1
tub  (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Tomato & Basil Cooking Creme, divided
1-1/2
lb.  lean ground beef
1
 egg
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/2
cup  panko bread crumbs
1/2
tsp.  each garlic powder and dried oregano leaves
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
cup  spaghetti sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

RESERVE 1/4 cup cooking crème. Mix remaining cooking creme with all remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce until well blended.

SHAPE meat mixture into 8x4-inch loaf in shallow foil-lined pan.

BAKE 50 min. to 1 hour or until done (160ºF). Let stand 10 min. before removing from pan to serve. Meanwhile, cook reserved cooking creme and spaghetti sauce in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

SLICE meatloaf. Serve topped with sauce.
