This is so not something I would ever think to make for myself, but my mom loves this stuff and she came over for dinner last night so I made it. Even I had second helpings! It was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be making again.

This dish was very easy, tasted great, and was filling. The only modifications I made was to add roasted red peppers and some chilli powder. Great dish.
