  • Bring water and vinegar to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add nuts; cook 3 min. Drain nuts; discard liquid. Place nuts in medium bowl. Add sugar; toss to coat.
  • Spread onto bottom of parchment-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
  • Bake 18 min. or until glaze is firm. (Do not stir.) Remove from oven. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cool completely.
