Mediterranean Cashew Hummus Spread

Treat your guests to the Mediterranean flavors of tasty hummus spread with cashews. It's good on crackers and more.

What You Need

cans  (15.5 oz. each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
1/4
cup  KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4
cup  PLANTERS Cashews, coarsely chopped
2
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

COOK chickpeas in boiling water 10 min. or until skins come off; drain. Discard skins.

PROCESS chickpeas and dressing in food processor until smooth; spoon into medium bowl. Stir in nuts and parsley.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

Special Extra
Stir in 1 tsp. garlic power into the chickpea mixture before refrigerating.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with crackers.
