My changes were to add sliced black olives, crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, fat-free Zesty Italian dressing,red pepper instead of the green, cucumber in place of zucchini. I will add the cheese right before serving next time.

I left out the zucchini but substituted cucumbers in it's place. I also added black olives for the "greek" theme. I liked the fact it was a salad with no lettuce but still SO healthy. I definitely got my veggie requirements for the day. **I served this w/the Grilled Greek Chicken Kabobs and the meal was so good, my boyfriend is still talking about it a week later!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of my absolute favorite salad recipes. This is one of my absolute favorite salad recipes. It tastes great, is easy to prepare, and can be done in advance. This is always the one I use when guests are coming over or to take to parties or BBQ's. I thought it was just perfect the way the recipe is written but you could add any seasoning you like to jazz it up more! definitely a staple recipe!

Since I couldn't find the italian cheese crumbles anywhere, I substituted sundried tomato and basil feta cheese. I would recommend making this the night before so it can marinate in the fridge. This recipe is Delish!!!

This recipe surprised me when I started eating a bowl and saw how it was as flavorful as only my step-mother can do! I always envied her cooking though she didn't really use recipes and now I made something as amazing! With this tasty recipe even I, a novice in the kitchen, can enjoy a decent and delicious meal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy! Yummy!!! Very good flavor easy and quick to make. I didn't have all the vegetables. I used cucumbers,corn,red peppers,mushrooms and tomatoes! With this Recipe you can use any vegetables. I also added feta cheese as mentioned before in a pervious review. This is a keeper! Kids also loved it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to make. Very easy to make. The flavors get better as this salad sets. I used cherry tomatoes instead of regular ones, this cut back on the acid and held up better. I also held off on adding the cheese until I was ready to serve it, the cheese did not breakdown as bad.

Our favorite salad was the Easy Greek Tomato and Cucumber that I also got from Kraft, but this one has slid right into first place. It is so fresh and mouth watering! My husband absolutely loved it. A real winner Kraft, thank you again.
