Using only half of the feta cheese that is called for makes this much better
The recipe calls for way too much feta. Try one or two oz. instead of the entire package. It would make the taste a little less overwhelming.
very tasty, and very simple. i added a little more red pepers than the recipes recommends. and instead of just feta cheese, i bought the kraft mediterranean cheesem pack (provolne, feta, and parmesean), it gave it a lot more flavor. i also added grilled chicken, with mrs. dash on it, and served over the pasta. overall it was a great meal.
