Mediterranean Pesto Chicken & Orzo

What You Need

1/2
cup  each chopped fresh asparagus, red peppers and red onions
2
cups  hot cooked orzo pasta
4
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1
tub  (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Creamy Pesto Cooking Creme, divided
1
Tbsp.  lemon zest

Make It

COOK and stir vegetables in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Spoon into medium bowl; stir in orzo.

ADD chicken to skillet; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done.

STIR 3/4 cup cooking creme into orzo. Spoon remaining cooking creme into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or just until warmed; stir.

SPOON orzo mixture onto platter; top with chicken, warmed cooking creme and lemon zest.

Garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil just before serving.
Substitute
Prepare using 1-1-2 cups of your favorite chopped fresh vegetables.
