What You Need

cups mixed salad greens

cup chopped plum tomatoes

cup coarsely chopped pitted kalamata olives

medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped

pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

3/4

cup canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed

1/2

cup thin red onion slices

1/2

cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

TOSS all ingredients except vinaigrette in large bowl; cover.

REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.

ADD vinaigrette; toss to coat.

This salad "hit the spot" for my family and friends. Also very easy to make. Being that I am of Middle Eastern ethnicity this was even more special. I received phone calls the following day of what I used to make it. :) I will continue to make this salad. Thanks so much Kraft! :D

The salad was super easy to make because you're not stuck dicing everything. It keeps well too. I added seasoned grilled chicken on top and it was great! Might skip out on the chickpeas next time.

We also added raw almonds for a bit of a crunch and it melded well with the rest of the flavors. Also serve it with crusty french or italian bread

A wonderful salad...exactly what I was in the mood for. The garbanzos and avocados will ensure I'm not hungry again soon. Defintely a keeper.

I made this salad for my family as a side along with a pasta dish and loved it. Everything in it was fantastic, and my dad told me he even would have paid for the dinner!
