Mediterranean Six Layer Dip Recipe

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1-1/4

cups crumbled ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato, divided

Tbsp. milk

1

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

2

medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)

1/4

cup green onion slices

2

Tbsp. sliced black olives

Make It

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup of the feta cheese and milk in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread into 9-inch pie plate.

TOP with layers of spinach, tomatoes, onions and olives; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup feta cheese. Cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

I made this for the first time for an office party. There wasn't a bit of the dip left and many people asked for the recipe. The only thing that I did was add more veggies I thought that there was too much spinach so I added more onions tomato's and olives

Great recipe! Easy to put together and all the flavors went so well together. I didnt think it called for enough olives so I added a bunch more cause I love olives :)

I added more spinach than called for and it balanced the strong flavor of the cheese. Very pretty presentation and I'm going to use the leftovers as a filling for stuffed fish.

I really liked this recipe. I feel that there is a little too much spinach though. Other than that it was teriffic.

This dip cost over $20 to make, and that was with the feta cheese buy one, get one free! It was such a mess trying to beat the feta in with the cream cheese. Hardly any of it went at the BBQ we attended. I was embarassed that I even brought it!

This was the favorite appetizer at a party where there were perhaps 40 other apps on the table. Everyone raved! I will definately make this again.
