This is soo good, especially if chilled. I just use a couple spoonfuls of fat free cottage cheese, a few olives, and drizzle with the vinagrette....it is so good!
While this receipe is great, I also made a varied version... Use Black olives and add a little Feta cheese. Either way, it's definitely a light meal that everyone will enjoy!
