This is a good meal, we should always try to should slice up fruit and serve with most of our meals so they are healthier. It makes a nice presentation also.
This was a slightly more sophisticated version of the other cold plates, and it could be even better if fresh tuna were used. But canned is good too. I'd never had tuna and feta together before, but they make a great flavor combination. My red pepper and cucumber tasted great, so it was a delicious light meal.
