Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yum! Yum! I've seen this type of sandwich before, but the recipe helped me know what goes in it! Yum! That's all I can say! Advice- To cut pita, lay it flat and cut off an inch of the top, and then its open. Put in the salad, turkey slices OR chicken (I diced up leftovers) and I put in Israeli-style Techina, and pickles, and yum! Make sure to have pitas and pickles available, so if you're hungry, dice up last night's chicken, in a pita w/ salad, pickles and techina and a pro lunch you've got!!

The chopped cucumber w/ mayo mixed together adds something that sliced cucumber doesn't. Will make again the next time we have gazpacho. P.S. Got the gazpacho recipe from kraft too.
