HEAT oven to 350ºF.
PLACE graham squares in single layer on baking sheet. Top with chocolate, marshmallow creme and marshmallows.
BAKE 3 min. or until marshmallows begin to puff. Cool. Meanwhile, cut fruit snack roll crosswise into 4 pieces, then cut each piece lengthwise in half.
DECORATE marshmallows with fruit snack strips and decorating gels to resemble photo.
