My kids liked this dish, I liked how quick and easy it was to cook. I used homemade salsa, it was quite good.
Quick, easy & healthy with brown rice. I seasoned the chicken & used fresh salsa. The chicken broth adds nice flavor to the rice and chicken.
It was the perfect quick lunch.
