  • Combine first 4 ingredients in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
  • Top chicken with tomatoes and olives; cover. Cook 5 min. Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted and all liquid is absorbed.
