Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was a good recipe. This was a good recipe. However, both my husband and I felt cilantro would be great added ingredient to give it that extra punch. As previous reviews suggested I added avacado and extra cheese. Instead of heating on the grill, which I thought would dry out the tortillas, I heated both the chicken and tortilla in the microwave. Then I spooned the chicken on to the tortilla and topped with the other ingredients that had been mixed together. I will add this at to one of my go to recipes

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really like this recipe and it was pretty easy. I really like this recipe and it was pretty easy. I did make a few minor adjustments though. I added in some taco seasoning with my chicken, threw in a few chopped red/green peppers, and added some taco sauce to the mixture. When finished, I had some of the mixture left over and no more tortillas so I tried it in a hard taco shell. It was good that way too!

This recipe is a keeper....maybe marinate the chicken for fajitas next time to give it more of a south-of-the-border flair...and the chopped Jalapenos in one of the earlier reviews sounded good. Make sure the grill is set to low, the tortills burn pretty easily, good thing I had some extras....the next ones with the grill set lower turned out perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I added my own twist the third time around. I added my own twist the third time around. The calories are higher but its kind of good for me because I was pregnant. Instead of ranch dressing I used chipotle ranch dressing which adds a lot of calories!!! I used Spinach, shredded carrots and Peppers instead of coleslaw. My husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it considering we like spicy food. :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My husband and I disagreed about what "cole slaw blend" was - he bought prepared coleslaw. My husband and I disagreed about what "cole slaw blend" was - he bought prepared coleslaw. Since I was already committed to making this, I threw it in. I used less Ranch Dressing because it already looked pretty soupy. He loved it! The kid and I? Not so much. Was it supposed to be shredded cabbage and carrots WITHOUT the dressing?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe. I loved this recipe. It was very simple to make and I already had most of the ingredients necessary. I wasn't too sure about the coleslaw mix but it did stay very crunchy which I liked. A very easy recipe for a college kid to make on their own. I hope the leftovers taste just as good!
