Give your next ground beef and potato bake south-of-the-border flavor with sour cream, cheddar cheese and a packaged taco seasoning mix.

What You Need

lb.  potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1
lb.  ground beef
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1
pkg.  (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1
 red pepper, sliced

Make It

PLACE potatoes in 13x9-inch microwaveable baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover. Microwave on HIGH 10 min.

MEANWHILE, brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir meat, sour cream, cheese and seasoning mix into potatoes; top with peppers.

BAKE 30 min. or until potatoes are tender.
