Mexican Layered Black Bean Dip

Get the party started with this Mexican dip. It's layered with a garlicky mix of black beans, salsa, sour cream, tomatoes and green onions.

What You Need

1/2
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
1
can  (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1
clove  garlic
3
Tbsp.  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/3
cup  chopped tomatoes
1
Tbsp.  sliced green onions

Make It

BLEND salsa, beans and garlic in blender until smooth; spread onto bottom of shallow serving dish, making indentation in center.

SPOON sour cream into indentation; top with tomatoes and onions.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

Refrigerate any leftovers. Spread onto flour tortillas, then top with shredded lettuce and roll up for wrap sandwiches.
