EVERYONE request for me to make this dip. My father in law says I make a really awesome Mexican dip for an Italian Chick! I leave out the olives cause most of the family doesn't eat them. On occasion I have added a layer of guacamole.
I made this Labor Day weekend and it was a hit with my family! I used refried instead of black beans, otherwise kept everything the same. It was very easy & delicious!
