Great recipe, I didn't have velveeta shells and cheese so I used Kraft deluxe Mac & cheese and I made it separately, I just added the salsa and red pepper at the end. I seasoned the pork chop with salt and fiesta lime seasoning and it tasted great. My husband really enjoyed it too.
