  • Beat cream cheese and shredded cheeses in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs; mix well. Shape into ball. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Roll in crumbs. Serve with additional RITZ Crackers.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.


Recipe can easily be doubled or halved depending on the size of your group.


Substitute 1/2 cup finely crushed plain tortilla chips for the cracker crumbs.

    This was a big hit at my Christmas Eve family dinner. There was Mexican food galore and the cheese ball went very well. The peppers are best diced very finely and using a Kitchen Aid electric mixer to mix it well made this turn out very good. The lime zest was a different but refreshing twist.

    I don't like bell peppers so I used red and green jalapenos instead ... YUMMY and spicy!
