I made this using our leftover Easter ham, and it was delicious! My teenagers ate it all in one evening and asked me to make it again right away. It's an easy recipe!
This was delicious! I added frozen peas and because I didn't have cheddar cheese, I used mozzarella cheese instead and it was just as tasty!!
