  • Cook turkey in skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until no longer pink, stirring frequently to break into small pieces. Remove from heat. Add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well.
  • Spread each lasagna noodle with about 1/2 cup of the turkey mixture; roll up tightly, starting at 1 of the short ends. Place, seam-sides down, in microwaveable baking dish; top with tomato sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
  • Microwave on HIGH 12 min. or until heated through, rotating dish after 6 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this simple main dish with a side salad.

Make Ahead

Fill and roll lasagna rolls as directed; do not top with tomato sauce. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Wrap tightly; freeze. When ready to serve, place in refrigerator to thaw. Place in microwaveable baking dish; top with tomato sauce. Microwave as directed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my favorite! This is my favorite! I did make a few changes. I used venison instead of turkey. While cooking the venison, I used a packet of the italian dressing (make-it-yourself) for seasoning. Then mixed the sauce and ricotta with the meat (after the meat was cooked) and cooked them all together. I added the mozerella then to make it cheesier. I also add spinach to the mix. No one ever knows there spinach in there!! It's the only way I can get my fiance to eat spinach. After I'm done rolling the mixture inside the lasagna noodles I stick it in the oven until it's warmed up(at 375, time varies). It's the best! I don't make regular lasagna anymore!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a yummy recipe, but I made a few changes. This is a yummy recipe, but I made a few changes. I added salt/pepper and garlic powder to the meat while it was cooking, because the Italian seasoning alone isn't enough. The filling will actually make 8-10 noodles. If you did only 6 you would have a lot of left over filling. I put my rolls in a casserole dish, covered with spaghetti sauce, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese, and cooked in the oven on 350 for 20 mins. It turned out great!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is superb as well as quick to make. This recipe is superb as well as quick to make. Compared to conventional lasagna...this is much better. I added spaghetti sauce, garlic, onion, and basil to meat mixture while cooking. Served with spinach but will add it to the meat mixture next time. Made it heart healthy by using low-fat and fat-free cheeses. Top ratings from family and enjoyed by ages 8mo. to 58. You'll love it too. Try it!

I made this dish for my Husband... and he loved it... i didnt make the mixture with the meat i made meatballs instead separately. all i had to do was heat it up in the oven to melt the cheese and that was it... easy to make ... and doesnt take much to prep. i even made extras and froze them so all i have to do is take them out and defrost and put in the oven or microwave.. how great!

I dont think I ever want to make a full pan of lasagna again! I used cheddar cheese instead since that is all I had on hand. It still turned out great though. served with saucy meatballs and spinach on side. Great dish!

I will add a little more filling next time, but that's just because I really like cheese. It makes six servings, but everyone at my dinner table at two rolls each, for an equivalent of only three servings. Very easy and very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This receipe was great. This receipe was great. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I added a little spinach to the sauce for some color and added more cheese. Try it with thw Hot Garlic Cheese Bread and a nice salad any you have a meal for the entire family to enjoy.

Everyone loved the recipe. I put them together this morning, then just had to top them with sauce and heat when I got home from work. Nice weeknight meal.
