What You Need

pkg.  (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin, divided
1/2
tsp.  yellow food coloring
1/4
tsp.  green food coloring

tub  (10.4 oz.) COOL WHIP Vanilla Whipped Frosting, thawed

pkg.  (2-layer size) white cake mix

 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, cut into thirds
24
 blue candy-coated chocolate pieces (about 1/4 cup)

Tbsp.  JET-PUFFED Vanilla MALLOW Bits

Make It

ADD 1 Tbsp. dry gelatin mix and food colorings to frosting; stir gently until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.

PREPARE cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes, blending remaining dry gelatin mix into batter before spooning into prepared cups. Cool completely.

SPREAD cupcakes with frosting. Decorate with remaining ingredients.
