Quick, simple and tasty! It grows with your abilities and preferences. That's a good recipe to me! I've used it on several occasions, adding some of my favorite veggies, some parmesan cheese, an all around good soup or meal for a diet night./Chunkiechipmunk

This was incredibly easy and very good. I substituted parmasan cheese, red kidney beans, and added additional Italian seasoning. Served with garlic toasts and husband raved. Better the next day.

Super easy and quick! And as an added bonus it tasted great -- brought the leftovers with me to work!
