Tastes like the traditional pasta salad with a little variety added. I would suggest adding the cheese just before eating. Also, adding a little more dressing to this recipe on the second day revives its flavor. YUM!
I thought this was very good. I like the fact that the beans add protein to the salad to balance it out. I added chopped broccoli to mine also.
I will use less green peppers and more kidney beans.
