  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix 1/4 tomato sauce, meat, onions, bread crumbs, A.1., egg and pepper just until blended.
  • Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 30 min. or until done (160ºF). Top with remaining tomato sauce, cheese and bacon; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Special Equipment Needed

Special Extra

Add 1/4 cup chopped green peppers to meat mixture before pressing into muffin cups.

Make Ahead

Remove baked meatloaves from muffin cups; cool, then freeze in single layer on baking sheet until firm. Transfer to airtight container, freeze up to 4 weeks. When ready to serve, thaw desired number of meatloaves in refrigerator overnight, then microwave until heated through. Or, place frozen meatloaves on baking sheet and bake in 375°F oven 20 min. or just until warmed.


Substitute 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits for the bacon slices.
