  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix cream cheese and onions in medium bowl until blended. Add spinach, bacon, flour and VELVEETA; mix well. Stir in eggs.
  • Spoon into 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 14 to 16 min. or until centers are set and tops are golden brown. Serve warm or chilled.

Variation

To bake in a regular muffin pan, substituting 12 medium muffin pan cups for the mini cups, and increasing the baking time to 6 to 18 min. or until centers are set and tops are golden brown.

Make Ahead

Want to have a relaxed morning? Just bake these mini quiche cups ahead of time, then cool and place in freezer container. Freeze up to 2 months. When ready to serve, thaw 15 min., then reheat in a 350°F oven 12 to 15 min. or just until warmed.
