Mini BBQ Grilled Cheeseburgers

These Mini BBQ Grilled Cheeseburgers are perfect picnic fare. Bonus: 2 pounds of ground beef gets you 16 tasty sliders.

What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef
1
clove  garlic, minced

tsp.  pepper

 KRAFT Big Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices, quartered
16
 dinner rolls (3 inch), partially split
1/2
cup  BULL'S-EYE Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce

Make It

HEAT greased grill to medium heat.

MIX meat, garlic and pepper. Shape into 16 (3-inch) patties.

GRILL patties 4 min. on each side. Top each with 2 cheese squares; grill 2 min. or until burgers are done (160ºF) and cheese is melted.

SERVE in rolls. Top with barbecue sauce.

How to Clean a Grill
To clean a gas grill, close the lid of the grill and heat on HIGH about 10 min. to burn away the excess food residue.
