  • Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat, garlic and pepper. Shape into 16 (3-inch) patties.
  • Grill patties 4 min. on each side. Top each with 2 cheese squares; grill 2 min. or until burgers are done (160ºF) and cheese is melted.
  • Serve in rolls. Top with barbecue sauce.

How to Clean a Grill
