MIX juice, zest, barbecue sauce and soy sauce; set aside half for serving with cooked burgers. Combine next 5 ingredients; shape into 12 patties, using scant 1/4 cup meat mixture for each.
COOK patties on griddle on medium-high heat 10 min. or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
FILL rolls with lettuce and burgers. Serve with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
