  • Flatten ham slices. Press 1 ham slice onto bottom and up side of each of 24 mini muffin cups. Fill with broccoli mixture; sprinkle with nuts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i loved them. i loved them. i love the presentation, and the fact that during the holidays theres an appetizers thats carb free. not anothe cheese and cracker tray. and it was just as easy as putting one of those together. everyone commented on how good they were and they turned out EXACTLY like the picture. no surprises. they looked so pretty on a platter. will continue to make. a really easy appetizers for parties everyone seems to like.

I have made them for myself many of times and they are very easy to make so it worked out well for a crowd also. I made them with both ham and turkey. Works out well for a party since they are good hot or just room temperature.

I left out the tomatoes, but it would be good with them as well. I'm going to make them again for a baby shower and try it with turkey sandwich meat to have a variety.
