Mini Broccoli & Ham Cups Recipe

What You Need

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained

1/4

cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1/2

cup (1/2 of 8 oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese

1

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4

tsp. garlic powder

24

slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham

1/3

cup chopped PLANTERS Smoked Almonds

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine broccoli, tomatoes, cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic powder.

FLATTEN ham slices. Press 1 ham slice onto bottom and up side of each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups. Fill with broccoli mixture; sprinkle with nuts.

BAKE 15 min. or until heated through.

I just used the cheeses and fresh cut broccoli and it was AWESOME! Everyone loved it.

I made this for my New Years Party last week. It was a HUGE Hit!! I left out the tomatoes, but it would be good with them as well. I'm going to make them again for a baby shower and try it with turkey sandwich meat to have a variety.

I used black forest ham and it was a huge hit. They are very tasty and filling.

I made this for a work brunch and it went over well. I did cook it longer and the result was it was a bit firmer which I liked.

Great if you are looking for a not-so-ordinary appetizer. Diced red bellpepper adds lots of flavor and color.

very tasty, but don't make ahead and reheat... very dry! i used the whole bag of dried tomatoes... also needs more ham, i had so much filling leftover!
