Serve with a hot baked potato and steamed seasonal fresh vegetables.
Bake meatloaves as directed. Remove from muffin cups; cool completely. Place in single layer on baking sheet; freeze 1 hour. Transfer to airtight container. Store in freezer up to 1 month. When ready to serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator, then reheat in 375°F oven 20 min. or until heated through.
Give the meatloaf an Italian flair by adding 1 tsp. Italian seasoning to the turkey mixture before pressing it into the muffin cups. In addition, use KRAFT Mozzarella Original String Cheese and substitute pasta sauce for the salsa.

Used this recipe for my son's first grade class' Thanksgiving feast. They are so easy 3 little boys made them! We omitted the salsa and used cheese sticks. All the kids loved it! Used the remainder (we made 5x recipe) to make a regular non-cheese meatloaf. My whole family wants this on the regular dinner rotation! So simple and really good! Buttered noodles and gravy round it out nicely.
These were great! I didn't have any string cheese so I used shredded cheese in the middle and they came out just as well. I will definitely make again!
I made this recipe exactly as it said and it was super easy, and really tasty. My boyfriend doesn't really like ground turkey but he loved these.
