I've made this lots, it's so easy and taste the best. Make sure you use lean beef and I have found that a metal pan works better than a glass pan.
I was surprised at how good these turned out after the mixed reviews. I made them in a baking stone because I didn't have a metal pan. Still sprayed with cooking spray. The inside of the bottom bun was a little soggy, but the bottom of the bottom bun was fine. I used the cut hotdog buns. I forgot to put the cheese on before baking and I didn't put the onions in the hamburger because my kids don't like them, so I don't know if that would have made any difference. Everyone laughed at how tiny these burgers were, but there was plenty for the five of us with some left over!
i actually messed up recipe by putting in 1 cup honey mustard and half cup ketchup instead of their mustard ketchup sizes (i also left out onions cuz i hate them) but i think they turned out way better with the cup of honey mustard i make them all the time and am known for them...so try it with alot honey mustard. i also leave the cheese and top bun off till end cause my cheese was melted and the burgers were just landslides but since i put the cheese on at end i dont have that problem anymore
