Not your ordinary burger...chipotle Mayo adds the "kick" and chorizo mixed with ground beef adds the spicy flavor.

What You Need

lb.  ground beef
7-1/2
oz.  Mexican chorizo

 KRAFT Singles, cut in half
1/2
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Tbsp.  chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1
pkg.   (12 oz.) Hawaiian dinner rolls, cut horizontally in half

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX ground beef and chorizo; shape into 12 (3-inch) patties.

GRILL 4 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Singles for the last minute. Meanwhile, mix mayo and peppers.

FILL rolls with burgers and mayo mixture.

Serve with fresh fruit and a side salad to round out the meal.
Variation
Omit chipotle peppers. Prepare using KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
How to Cook Burgers on Top of the Stove
Cook patties in large skillet on medium heat 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles; cover. Cook 1 min. or until Singles are melted.
