    love these as a quick delicious light food offering on hot days, or when serving guests(make a great party platter). They are delicious, quick, and I usually have all the ingredients on hand.

    As usual the kids didn't like them--felt there was way too much dressing, which I sort of agree. I must have had a very small tomato because the dressing was overwhelming. Otherwise very easy to make-great to put out at a party for something a little more substantial.
