Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great treat for my mother, elderly - diabetic - obese- bedridden. Great treat for my mother, elderly - diabetic - obese- bedridden. She thinks they are great. I did add some crumbled cooked bacon in the spinach mix, a dash of Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. This seasoning is a MUST in my house - just brings out the flavors of any dish used lightly. I recommend ALL cooks to have a can of this spice on hand - just for that "extra" touch when something seems missing. Great Recipe - Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe looked so easy and good, I just had to do it! This recipe looked so easy and good, I just had to do it! I do have a few tips however, that would make this perfect! 1st- I would reduce the cream cheese to 1/4 cup and 2nd, use an extra 1/4 cup of Mozzarella. It just seemed a little off to me, and when I made it this way, everyone liked it better. I also added and extra tablespoon of the finely chopped onions, for an extra kick. All in all, this is a great crowd pleaser! ;>

This was well received by my guests and I especially liked that I could assemble the recipe the day before. It took longer than 15 minutes, however, and the bottoms were a little too soft to my liking so I baked them for 15 minutes in the muffin tins and then removed them, put them on baking sheets and baked them awhile longer to crisp. They were prettier and easier to pick up after I did that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved how elegant this simple recipe looked on the holiday table! I loved how elegant this simple recipe looked on the holiday table! My family doesn't embrace change at their gatherings, so I took a huge chance when bringing this dish. How happy was I that I was asked to make a 2nd batch before the 1st was even gone!!! Now they have requested it for this year's celebration as well. I also make it at home for a healthy snack for my hubby! He just loves it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As so many have said before me, this recipe great and doesn't require a lot of work. As so many have said before me, this recipe great and doesn't require a lot of work. I accidently bought smoked ham instead of turkey the first time I made this and everyone loved them. I then tried the turkey but most found that bland. I haven't checked the calorie/fat difference on the two meats to see if it affects the low fat/no carb status. By the way, I'm making this again tonight!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a keeper! This is a keeper!!! I've made it 8 times and everyone was impressed. I added the entire package of cream cheese and more mozzarella. My family likes them chessier, otherwise the spinach can be a bit much. Crescent roll dough works well when you are tired of lunch meat. Just cut the triangles in half again. Thanks Kraft!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are sooooo good and only 25 calories. These are sooooo good and only 25 calories. I use muffin tins and ramekins or custard cups to make them. Remove with small spatula after they cool. Then, cover and stick in fridge. Just before serving I top with shredded mozzerella and nuke for 10-15 seconds and sprinkle with paprika for color or sliver of pimento. Yum.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Served this as part of a ladies brunch. Served this as part of a ladies brunch. It went over very well. It was easy to make and easy for guests to handle. As shown in the picture, the center sticks to the sliced turkey and the turkey slice holds it's shape when popped out of the mini-muffin pans. It makes a nice looking presentation and tastes good, too!
