  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients except turkey.
  • Unfold turkey slices; use to line insides of 24 miniature muffin pan cups. Fill with spinach mixture.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.

Having a party? Assemble these appetizers several hours in advance, then refrigerate until ready to bake as directed just before serving.

Special Extra

Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped water chestnuts to the spinach mixture before spooning into prepared cups. (This is not recommended for those watching their carbohydrate intake.)
