  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Add milk, sour cream, egg and honey; stir just until blended. Spoon into 3 greased and floured 5-1/2x3-1/4x2-inch disposable mini loaf pans.
  • Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • Add 2 tsp. water to sugar; stir until blended. Add remaining water if necessary until desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle glaze over loaves; let stand until firm.

How to Easily Crush Grahams

Process grahams in food processor or blender until finely crushed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I like that this recipe was easy. I like that this recipe was easy. Even during the holidays, I wasn't able to find the gingerbread Graham Crackers anywhere. Maybe they are only available in certain areas. So I tried it with ginger snaps, But they made it a little too gingery. They probably would have been better with the real thing.
