What You Need

 HONEY MAID Gingerbread Grahams, finely crushed (about 2-1/4 cups)
1/4
cup  flour
1/4
cup  granulated sugar
2
tsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4
tsp.  baking soda
1
cup  fat-free milk
1
 egg, beaten
2
Tbsp.  honey
2 to 3
tsp.  water, divided
1/2
cup  powdered sugar

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Add milk, egg and honey; stir just until blended. Spoon into 3 lightly greased 5-1/2x3-1/4x2-inch disposable mini loaf pans.

BAKE 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely.

ADD 2 tsp. water to powdered sugar; stir until well blended. Add remaining water if necessary until desired consistency. Drizzle loaves. Let stand until glaze is firm.

Process grahams in food processor or blender until finely crushed.

Stir 1/2 cup raisins into batter before spooning into prepared pans.

This gingerbread makes a great gift to bring to a holiday party. Cool completely, then wrap in plastic wrap before placing in a holiday-themed basket or container. Or wrap in decorative holiday wrap, then tie with colorful ribbon before giving away.
