Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made this tonight and the taste was really very good. Made this tonight and the taste was really very good. The only problem I have with this is that most of them stuck to the muffin pan even though I sprayed the pan first with cooking spray. Next time, I may try the cooking spray with flour to see if this helps. I have made a different type of frattata before in the past and they did not stick so I am not sure what happened here with this recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FINALLY! FINALLY! A recipe that I can make as a diabetic that won't spike my glucose! No pasta, rice or potatoes. These are delicious and easy. No problem to change up the tastes with other ingredients. They also warm up well in the microwave, so I like to make a batch on the weekend and have a great portable breakfast! THANKS!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just finished making these. Just finished making these. Tasty but just make sure you get enough ham in all of them.. Also used extra sharp cheese. Didn't know if I would like the dill but it definitely added a hint of taste which was good, glad I didn't leave it out. Going to make another batch now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made these for Womens Bible Study group. Made these for Womens Bible Study group. They enjoyed them and even asked for the recipe. Several have since made them for their families. This is a quick and easy recipe. I am thinking now of ways to add other ingredients to vary the recipe. Really great recipe.
